Conference Check In - Interns will help with the distribution of materials to arriving delegates and will prepare materials onsite. Temporary position, usually finished by the first day.
Educational Sessions – In this area, you will assist in logistics and set up of the rooms for the presenters and confirm educational session attendance of delegates after each session.
Showcase Techie - Assist with running power points during showcases and participate in the live Twitter feeds.
Exhibit Hall - You will have authority over the workings of the exhibit halls, you will verify name badges for entrance and are responsible for the collection of cooperative buying forms from the vendors.
Graphics Competition - Register the graphics onsite and promote the onsite poster competition.
Showcases - Help pass out giveaways before showcases.
Meal Attendants - Regional conferences feature 2 lunches and 2 dinners. Nationals features 3 dinners. You will be taking tickets from delegates at the entrance to the meals.
Social Networking - In this position, you will assist with educating participants on the use of Guidebook and promote the use of social networking during the conference.
