KEYNOTE We all know we should do assessment and we recognize that assessment is important to improving the programs and services we provide our students. This interactive session will explore the Integrated Assessment Model. It was developed to provide a simple and streamlined process that will fold assessment into every aspect of your current work, improving the services you provide to students and ultimately creating a more seamless process for assessing co-curricular student learning. Participants will learn each step of the model to their unique campus environment. INTERACTIVE SESSION It is impossible to develop and sustain a culture of evidence in student affairs without commitment, consistency, connection, and communication. Student affairs divisions must develop a culture of evidence to support the decision-making processes of the division and demonstrate the impact of its services on student learning and success. A strong and sustained culture of evidence is vital to any student affairs organization and does not happen without hard work and intervention. This session will explore these topics and provide best practice examples for participants to model on their campuses as they move the assessment discussion to the next level.
