APCA Regional / National Associate Member Coordinator Reports to: Regional Advisory Committee Coordinator and/or APCA Executive Director

Qualifications: The Associates Coordinator must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience with the APCA, as well as, two (2) years of performance
experience, showcasing experience and APCA cooperative buying experience. They must provide a letter of financial and time-off support from the companies and/or agencies they currently represent.
General Responsibilities: The Associates Coordinator of the RAC acts as a liaison between the Associates and the APCA. They will help to develop new
programs, retain and recruit new associate members for the APCA and submit ideas for new methods of helping associates to accomplish their objectives in the college market through APCA involvement and policies.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Attend all the Regional Advisory Committee meetings.
- They must be able to attend (with financial support & time-off from their represented business) the Regional Conference & National Conferences.
- Submit an annual report, (due February 1st) online at www.apca.com
- Report any new issues concerning the associates to the RAC and the APCA.
- Assist the APCA in developing new associate programs to aid current members and newcomers to the APCA.
- Recommends appointments of Associates members to the Advisory Committees.
- Submits one article per year for publication to the APCA Student Activities Journal.
- Will assist the APCA national office in developing showcase and exhibiting policies for APCA conferences and workshops.
- Communicates information about APCA's procedures, policies, and programs to the associates, agencies, and performers through the Student Activities Journal.
